Ωmega™ Cooked Gourmet Mussels Taking mussels grown in the pristine waters of the Marlborough Sounds, PHR Processing Ltd inspect, wash and de-beard the mussels before putting them in a plastic pouch. The pouch is then vacuum packed before being cooked under pressure at high temperature in a steam retort (industrial pressure cooker). ARROW SQUID "Nototodarus spp" From New Zealand we can offer Arrow Squid in either whole round or H&G form. The catching season is from January thru June. From Asia we can offer processed squid in T&T, cleaned tube, whole washed, steak or fillet. & B taspac holds a joint venture agreement with a large Marlborough
based greenshell mussel grower. Our main production is frozen halfshell,
packed 12 x 1KG or 2LB retail boxes per master carton. We are able
to pack to other specifications if required, subject to product availability.

LIVE NEW ZEALAND ROCK LOBSTER "Jasus edwardsii" From
the cool clear waters of the Southern Pacific Ocean, we have been
processing and globally exporting live lobster for nearly 15 years,
predominantly to Asian and European markets. As quota holders, catches
processors and exporters, we have continual access to live lobster
12 months of the year. |

FROZEN LOBSTER TAILS "Jasus edwardsii" We
have significant quantities of frozen lobster tails available. Before
packing, tails are washed in an ice slurry and trimmed. The tails
are then graded and cello-wrapped prior to layer packing and freezing. |

a shareholding in a North Island based eel processing company, we process
and export live eel, smoked eel, smoked fillets, eel segments and gutted
& deslimed eel. The eel season in New Zealand runs from October thru
